Rehabilitation and Subacute Care

Each year, Westerly Health Center helps hundreds of people get back on their feet following a hospital stay. For those recovering from an accident or surgery, we offer the following rehabilitative treatments onsite, up to seven days a week:

• Occupational therapy
• Physical therapy
• Speech therapy
• Joint Replacement Rehabilitation

We also offer advanced medical care for those suffering or recuperating from illness or injury. Some of our sub acute care services include:

• Cardiac rehabilitation
• Infusion therapy
• Pulmonary rehabilitation
• Skilled Nursing
• Pain Management
• Wound Management Therapy
• Treatment for Neurological Disorders

Respite Care… A Little Help Goes a Long Way

The demands of being the primary caregiver for a friend or family member can seem overwhelming. Thankfully, Westerly Health Center offers respite care for those who need a short break from care giving responsibilities. Simply call our admissions office and schedule a private tour to learn how we can temporarily care for your loved one in your absence.
