Welcome

Exciting News!!

map graphicAs of December 31st, 2024, Health Concepts, Ltd. and its six nursing facilities have officially merged with Home Health and Hospice Care of Nursing Placement.  This merger makes for the first of its kind in the state of Rhode Island!

Our founder, David M. Ryan and Nursing Placement owner, Michael A. Bigney shared a common vision of creating a closed-loop health care network for Rhode Islanders with an ability to provide multiple facets of home health care and rehabilitation services, hospice care, outpatient therapy clinics, as well as skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.

This merger has created a complete long-term care continuum whether your health care needs require attention and assistance within the comfort of your own home or in a more clinically advanced setting.  In either scenario, we are here to help!

Our amazing staff will continue to provide top quality care to our states most fragile population.  At the end of the day we will remain Rhode Islanders caring for Rhode Islanders around every corner.

Thank you to all of our valued employees who will continue the legacy for generations to come.

We look forward to working hand-in-hand with Home Health and Hospice Care of Nursing Placement to provide the very best long-term care services to all Rhode Islanders.
